Philip Sutton the Managing Director has 24 years of experience of Facilities Management with his former employer Sun Life Financial of Canada. This involved the acquisition, relocation of some 60 Branch Offices, the management of 96 offices with budgetary spend in excess of £12,000,000.
His experience includes the closure of a full Branch Office network, clearance and management of a lease disposal programme together with a sale and leaseback of a headquarters building totaling just over 100,000 sq ft of space. In house projects included a major open space initiative including the refurbishment of the building, upgrading of all IT cabling, installation of a call centre and churn of some 1,000 staff during this period and the management and outsourcing of the Building and Security Services functions.
